When it comes to "Coaching Tree" I begin with Coach Torres.  He has been essential to my growth and ascension in the coaching ranks.   This is absolutely a fantastic coach and an even better person.  Loves the game of football, loves to educate, and exemplifies servant leadership.  Coach Torres entrusted me with my first varsity opportunity, teaching me about the spread philosophy and imparting important organization skills. I truly love this man for his support, loyalty, and friendship.
